Cilantro and Lime All-Purpose Slaw
Ingredients
Dressing
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ lime juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Slaw
- ½ head cabbage finely sliced
- 2 carrots finely sliced or shredded
- ½ cup fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients
- Adjust seasoning to taste
- In a medium bowl, toss together slaw ingredients
- Pour dressing over slaw and mix well
- Cover slaw and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight
