But it is really important, especially when you are in a depressive slump, to nourish your body. These meals for depression are super easy, quick options to get those much needed nutrients into your body. Remember that this is temporary and you will feel better. Meanwhile, you don't have to think too hard, just take a quick look at this list and decide what to eat when you are depressed.

Instant Pot
The great thing about an instant pot is the speed at which you can have a meal ready to go. When you are depressed it allows you to make a warm and comforting meal quickly and pretty painlessly. Sheet Pan Meals
Sheet pan meals allow you to include a variety of proteins and vegetables that will all end up with a nice roasted flavor. They are also very simple since they are just tossed into the oven and allowed to cook until they are ready to eat!

Carb Lovers
